On November 15, 2014, Governor of the Murmansk Region, Marina Kovtun, visited “Bolshoy Vudyavr” Ski Complex as part of the extended session of Construction Quality and Safety Committee of the Coordination Council for the development of the North-West Federal District construction industry. Gondola-chairlift ropeway at the urban slope of Kirovsk was the focus of the session. The ropeway will start at the city centre and deliver skiing fans to the successfully operating Bolshoy Vudyavr complex on the southern sector of Aikuaivenchorr mount. Due to the experience of SNOWPROM Group professionals, the road was built in the shortest possible time, commissioning is in action. In addition, the northern slope will soon present its own lit ski trail and a maintenance shop.

Governor Marina Kovtun noted that construction of gondola-chairlift ropeway, that connects the northern slope of Aikuaivenchorr mount with the southern one, became the first project of public-private partnership in Murmansk region.

SNOWPROM-SERVICE was awarded a letter of gratitude by L.V. Kan, Minister of Construction and Regional Development of the Murmansk Region.
